¡@¡@Y.L. Machinery was established in 1975 that was base at San Chung; Taipei district in which then was specializing in manufacturing of pneumatic control system and extended to manufacturing of ball valve - floating type in the late 1975. The ball valve was for industrial, chemical & petrochemical and process & instrumentation applications. The subsequent year we were selected by a European base valve manufacturer in carrying out manufacturing under their OEM design for valves from 2"-0 through 12"-0 diameter with pressure rating of 150 PSI (pound per square-inch).

¡@¡@We then expand in 1984 into other OEM manufacturers from United State of America and Japan; which again are for ball valve - floating type. We begin to explore into manufacturing of valve in 1988 that's capable of meeting the fire-test requirement of American Petroleum Institute (API) of standards 607: 1987 - 3rd Edition. Our valves were successfully tested for the fire-test requirement in 1989 for soft seated quarter turn valves under API Standards 607: 1987 - 3rd Edition by an independent laboratory that's was base in Houston, USA.

¡@¡@The subsequent year our company was selected by an American Manufacturer known as Nemans Incorporate to carry out manufacturing of valve under their OEM trademark known as "Newco". They have been manufacturing of valves under API standards for the last 40 years and their valves are commonly used in the petrochemical and instrumentation processes.

¡@¡@We then in 1991 moved our manufacturing facility from San Chung to larger facility in Tao Yuan that's to cater the needs and demand from our customers that's from USA, Europe and Japan respectively.

¡@¡@We then begin to develop into high-pressure ball valve - trunnion type, of forged and cast materials in the year 1997 which commence manufacturing in the subsequent year for valves under the pressure rating ranging from 300 PSI, 600 PSI, 900 PSI and 1,500 PSI. During this period of time we also researched into manufacturing of austenitic materials such as AISI 304L & AISI 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Alloy 20, Duplex, Monel, Inconel and others.

¡@¡@Our company then plans to attain American Petroleum Institute (API) accreditation & license, which was the main authority for petroleum industry in mid 1999 for our product. We were audited in mid June 2000 by API and were awarded the product specification 6D - 0372 (Pipelines Valves) and ISO 9001 certification in late 2000.

¡@¡@We then in early February and mid March 2001 again successfully carrying out fire-test on our soft seated quarter turn valves that's capable in meeting the requirements of API Standards 607: May 1997 - 4th Edition.
